We loved our house at first sight. We have lived all over United States and our neighbors here have been the best “ever”. We always love sitting on our deck watching the neighborhood children play and visiting with our neighbors. This is a great location, Avon is so close to I90 for easy access and the “Commons” shopping center is conveniently located within walking distance. We enjoy going for walks to the Miller Nature Preserve, the path is 50 feet from the house and you could have a chance to see the ducks in one of the three ponds. The gardens in the yard are mature with an over abundance of perennial flowers, that take turns blooming all summer long. We are truly sad to leave the house, but we know that someone new will appreciate the great area and beautiful maintained home.
